To the side, you have another range of cabinets, with an integrated dishwasher, which are topped with a Corian surface with an integral sink, all set beneath a neat glass splash back. The central island provides a range of pan drawer units, topped with a Corian slab which extends to a breakfast bar. There is a very neat induction hob with a built-in extractor. The master bedroom is a superb room, it’s spacious and can accommodate a large bed and a sitting area, all set beneath the high ceilings and atrium rooflight. To the rear of the bedroom, towards the dressing room, there is space to have a neat dressing table beneath an internal window looking out into the hallway. The dressing room has plenty of space to accommodate a decent run of wardrobes and is open to the ceiling so light spills in from the atrium above. A door leads through from the dressing room to the excellent en suite which has sloping ceilings with sky lights. There are twin basins and a loo set within a marble lined unit which has a large mirror above. We love the central free-standing bath and the large walk through shower.

Head back over the bridged landing towards the family bedrooms and you have a very smart house bathroom on the left. There is a shower bath, a cabinet mounted wash basin and a loo beneath a large inset mirror.

The second bedroom looks over the rear gardens, the paddock and the countryside beyond, it also has another stylish open en suite shower room. The third bedroom is a good double which looks over the front garden. The fourth bedroom is a really interesting space, arranged over two levels. On the lower level there is space for wardrobes and a study area with an internal window. The staircase heads up to a superb upper level which has a ceiling light atrium. This would make an excellent bed-deck for a very lucky child or we could see this room making a great home office and upper level reading room. It’s quite an experience to sit up here watching the sky through the day or night.
